SURVEY123 FEATURE REPORT TEMPLATE

Hello, everyone!

I have this repeat part of my Survey123 form (1st screenshot), and I want to create a feature report using the template below (2nd screenshot). However, when I attempted to add the feature report template in my ArcGIS Online account Survey123 web to generate the report, I encountered the error below (3rd screenshot).

Does anyone encounter this error? Do you have any hint/idea on how to fix this one? I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much.

Hi @BrettGovernanti1 ,

This error indicates that the field was incorrectly written in the report (e.g., typo, missing }, etc.). When you are uploading a template, Survey 123 matches your template fields to your feature field.
