Inbox refresh pulling all surveys after they are submitted by another user

Question

I need the inbox to be viewed by all users and once a survey is submitted by one user, I need that survey to be removed from all user's inboxes. It looks like when people are refreshing the inbox to remove some of the surveys that are already submitted, the surveys are popping back into the inbox.

I have tried enabling the sent folder to see if that would solve the problem but it did not.

I can help you with that -

You'll need to have a field (called Status) that an inspector can either click Submit or have it auto-populate by using the default option.

Then inside Survey123 Connect you can setup the query expression but yours might say Status IS NULL

And uncheck the sent box (you don't want both).
