can't export to excel

Question

I have problem  when I try to create  anew survey on Connect. Before it was  possible to export the date to excel now  I can't  . So I see the following:

Before the form was like bellow and  was able to export data without problem ?  Can someone advice  what is my problem?

Hello again please can you explain when you sat  enable manually  at " Collaborate tab in the Survey123 website", or directly against the survey layer using the Settings tab of the survey layer?  I there any instruction   how to do this? I can find options on Collaborative tab

Hi. To keep your data safe, Survey123 Connect no longer enables query and export capabilities into the survey layer by default.

You have to enable them manually through the Collaborate tab in the Survey123 website, or directly against the survey layer using the Settings tab of the survey layer item details page.
