Issue with Form

Question

In Survey123 Connect (3.2.3.0), I'm struggling with figuring out how to delete an unwanted horizontal, 'select_one yes_no' question from my form.

The first row of y/n works the way it should; however, the unwanted y/n row does nothing yet disappears when I select yes on the first row.

I viewed my XLSX file, and I can't figure out what is causing this.

Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

Hi Christopher

This issue is related to your other post. You need to fill in the label field of both the Num_RS and "soap" questions:

integerNum_RS          select_one yes_nosoap
