I am having a problem with the time input to my Survey123 Collector; the time spinner only displays 12 hours, and my client needs a 24-hour option. In the image, you can see 04 is represented as 16. I want the spinner to show 16.
On my Survey123 app, it works fine, and I have a tester in another country who uses the same Survey form on Survey123 Collector, where it also works fine.
My system clock set to 24-hours, and I have tried various configurations and running Survey123 Collector in administrator mode with no success. Does anyone have an idea what system or Survey123 setting needs to be changed?
