ArcScan - is this still the latest and greatest for automating raster to vector screen digitizing?

Greetings.  We are running ArcMap 10.4.1.  ArcScan - is this still the latest and greatest for automating raster to vector screen digitizing?  Is there an ESRI software package that has replaced ArcScan?  We may be able to go to Pro if there is a more advanced raster-to-vector automated digitizing software package available.
