Very interesting demo app. Could you share how you config the relate tables in the app? Good job with the three levels of relate tables. Thanks!

We had the issue when we had a feature service of several layers. So we tried to publish each layer as a separate feature service and that fixed the problem. I am still not sure if this is a permanent solution, but so far so good.

Unfortunately no, I have to give up on this widget and roll back to the standard one. KP

I was wondering if there is any updates/solution on this issue? I have the same issue with an ArcGIS online service which was published to AGOL as hosted feature layer. The print widget doesn't print all the layers show on the map. KP

Hi Çankaya, Thanks for your helpful write-up. I was able to publish GP service and set up the template and ready to populate attributes fields to the print outs. However I always got field value as "undefined". I was wondering if you could share your Print.js and eSearch files if they have been customized so I can take a better look at the customization. I am not a big JS user so kinda of trying to picking up things by self-learning. Thanks in advance! KP

Hi Larry, I'm experiencing a scale related issue with this widget. I integrated this widget with our 10.5 server (is versioning a issue here ? 10.3 seems to work just fine) An example is attached with these two pics. The left pic is what it shows on the frame, and the right side is the print. This issue happens whenever I tried to switch from the default paper size to any other page type. I hope you can point me to a right direction to fix this issue. Thanks Larry, KP PS: Sorry just realized that Larry is not monitoring this post anymore. However this reply can be an info-sharing and hope to see solutions on this! Thanks!

Thanks for your response. Finally got it sorted out. Because of some IT work done behind the scene , this folder's permission got changed and was no longer fully access by the user account I logged on to. After the permission thing is changed the folder has gone through the validation and checked green again. KP

Hi Michael, What doesn't this "ArcGIS Server Admin account" refer to? The account has admin rights to the AGS server? I experience a similar issue with people here. The account I use to log on to the server machine has the admin rights to the windows file system, but it stills says "this folder is not accessible....". My situation is a little more wacky that the folder was registered successfully but is not valid after some time. As the attached picture showed that one of two folders are both from the server machine 😧 drive, one is still valid but another one doesn't want to work. Thus the service published from it is not showing at all. I am frustrated by this issue and any help is appreciated! Thanks. KP

Is there any other option than deleting the service and the republishing to the same name? Deleting the old service will cause the related web maps being corrupted. This post has been a few years so I was hoping to hear some good news on this. Thanks everybody that contributes to this! KP

Finally solved this by moving the file geodatabases to an upper level file folder. So instead of using GDB's in folder c:\production\base, I am now publishing services reading data from c:\production From ESRI documentation 'About registering your data' a subfolder of registered folder is also registered, but in my case this doesn't work.

Thanks Greg for your reply. The server logs show a large amount of warnings like the followed to all the sub layers. The Layer:'Hydrants' in Map:'Base' is invalid. The base table definition string "Hydrants" is invalid. Actually the 'Hydrants' layer doesn't have any definition string in Query.

I published from 10.5 to the server. Data is read from file geodatabases, and everything looks good in MXD. After it was successfully published, I found the service doesn't show anything on the web map and from server view. Later from the REST service definition I found all the sub layers are empty, as the picture showed. I don't think it is related to permission issue because I always publish using the admin account from the server. Could anyone shed some lights on this and any help is appreciated! KP

Thank you very much David for sharing this! Putting SHAPE field to the bottom simply fixes the issue. Most of the time the shape field is at the bottom by default but for some feature layers that have joined table etc would have SHAPE field in the middle of the list. This issue should be addressed somehow by ESRI please. Customers like us have hundreds of layers on one service so it's a pain to go through them. KP
