@CourtneyMenikheim   Using Microsoft Edge: I do a search by value from which I get a list of results (selected features) . If I click on one of the selected features on the list, it doesn't zoom to that feature on the map.  If I do the same,  using Google Chrome, the zoom to the selected feature  works just fine (same WebApp, same map service, search on same layer). ... Thanks Patrick for your quick response. We are interested on implementing the telecommunications data model to digitize our fiber network. We were wondering if there was guide on how to use this model step by step. Example, if we are going to digitize conduits, cables and structures, how or where should we start? We have plenty experience on creating and editing regular geodatabases with its feature datasets and feature classes. We are trying to upload a Tile Map Package to our ARCGIS online account.  We created the Tile Package locally and are trying to upload it with the Add Item option to My Content.  The file size is 24 GB.  We are getting the error  " Unable to load  http://.................  status:0.  We also tried running the Share Package tool located in the Data Management Tools toolbox, within the Package toolset and we got a ERROR 999999 : Error executing function. Our first try was to generate the tpk from ArcMap choosing the option to upload it to AGOL, but we had some network problems when the package was uploading above than 50% and the process canceled, so we decided to create the package locally and later upload it. We did some testing with a smaller tpk (4 MB) and it worked fine. We have a full subscription to AGOL. How can we solve this problem? ... View more
