I have been using Survey123 and Microsoft Flow to send specific data to a Sharepoint list. I was able to set it up and its running successfully however I noticed that the dates use in survey123 transfer differently to my sharepoint list instead of getting the date i get a bunch of numbers and idk what that means or how to convert them back into their dates. Hopefully someone can help with this? I have also had this happen when I use a python script to extract Survey123 entries the date column just has a bunch of random numbers instead of the dates. I attached a screenshot with an example of this.

You need to convert the time fields within your survey by using "convert time zone"; there is a discussion for this within the comments of this blog - https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/07/19/automating-workflows-with-survey123-and-microsoft-flow.
