Embed in Map Series - iOS issues

I've embedded several story maps in an older Map Series story map.

Everything works well on desktop and Android but there are some issues on iOS. As you scroll down, only a small section of the story map can be viewed before scrolling locks.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I'm wondering if it's related to this Safari limitation:
