MyEsri User Type — See my bugs, ENHs, and tickets, but nothing else

I'm a power user who submits bugs and ENHs via email tickets to support, but I don't work in I.T., so my Esri account isn't linked to my organization's account.

I want to view my bugs, enhancement requests, and tickets. Could a user type be added for non-admin users for this purpose? I don't need to see anything else, just bugs, ENHs, and tickets.

I've never seen my organization's MyEsri account, so I don't know exactly what I should be asking for/what terminology to use.

Hi @Bud

The Admin in the My Esri portal of your organization can send you an invite which you can accept by creating a new public ArcGIS account (or accept it with an existing public/organization ArcGIS account).
