Editing feature template for Field Maps

I tried following the directions to edit a template posted here:

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-field-maps-questions/cannot-delete-template-in-field-maps/td-p/1173726

When I try to edit the feature template in the web map, there is no option to manage it.

I am the owner of both the web map, and the feature service. I'm at a loss to why I can't edit this.
