Error when trying to create a report template

Question

For a few days I have been trying to generate a simple template on the portal-survey123 platform to create a report, before it worked well, but right now it doesn’t work, and only message is “An error occurred while saving the report template” {“message”:””}; could someone help me if I'm doing something wrong.

There is a known issue since the update on September 10th Esri is working on a fix for it, so nothing on your side, it's addressed here:

EDIT: Esri staff just shared they're planning on a hotfix for September 17th
