Error when downloading Experience Builder Developer Edition App: Error -4051

Question

I am working on Experience Builder Developer Edition and I'm testing an app and have removed any layers that are not enabled by default to see if there is a drop off in performance issues I'm seeing. However, I've hit a snag and keep getting an error when trying to download & deploy the app: 
and the ExBDE server command window shows the following:  Has anybody come across this before or have any ideas on possible solutions?

Hi @OliverPannell  do you happen to be on Windows 11 or have a folder named "tests" in your custom widgets directory?  One of our developers is experiencing the same issue (Windows 11) but not myself (Windows 10).
