HI James, I have the same issue with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5 and Survey 3.5. Do I have to create a field named 'username' in the feature class of the survey service ? Furthermore I can't download a report template because of the username error... It seems that the report function is most Online aware and that in October survey report will be out of order with ArcGIS on premise. Is it true ? Jean-Marie hgaignar‌

I have the same issue. I can preview the image from the survey data page but nothing in the report. Context is : ArcGIS Enterprise federated 10.5, survey based on a referenced feature service. The attachments are ok from a webmap or ArcMap.

Hi, i can't see the pdf attachment in the dashboard pop pup, only images (jpg) are listed. In my webmap the pdf are visible in the popup for the feature service. Any idea ?

Hi, I have an issue with an input Poll an external website for json (GeoEvent 10.6) : Request failed (HTTP/1.1 415 Unsupported Media Type). i changed the MIME type with "text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,image/webp,image/apng,*/*;q=0.8", i still have an ERROR. Some idea ?
