Hi Divleen, We have some API documentation regarding NITF here: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/image-support-data.htm Regarding general NITF usage in ArcGIS Desktop products, this documentation states the following: Generally, this format can be read quickly, and extensive metadata support and complexity make other formats unsuitable. There are some formats of NITF that have forms of JPEG 2000 compression pyramids that are very slow to read, in which case consider creating additional pyramids. Hi Gloria, The documentation below lists several different file types that the Import 3D Files tool should be able to convert to multipatch, including Collada (DAE) as you have already used. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/3d-analyst/import-3d-files.htm Are you able to convert the 3D file outside of ArcGIS Pro to another acceptable format such as 3DS, WRL, FLT or OBJ?
