@MACI thanks for sharing the additional information. If you are creating pre-defined offline areas, as noted on our documentation, the size of the package for a web layer cannot exceed 4 GB. Hi @Amanda__Huber yes, if your layer is published without global id field, enabling sync in the feature layer settings in ArcGIS Online creates global id field in all layers in your feature layer.  You are correct! I was able to reproduce the issue and we are currently investigating this issue.
