Solved : I was using a wrong wildcard expression in my "allowedProxyHosts" (portaladmin>security>config) *.domain.com replaced by (.*).domain.com

Hi, I added a VTPK on my portal (directly from the machine, and later from ArcGIS PRO), then I published it as a hosted Tile Layer from the portal. Now, when I try to access its settings, the web page keeps loading forever. This issue doesn't appear if I try to reach the settings of hosted feature layer. Hosting server seems to be correctly configured (checked on portaladmin). The checkUrl command was run, with httpsStatusCode of 200. No errors in the Portal logs. On the server/manager, we get this warning: Error in getting ItemInfo for service <hosted/name_of_the_service> null Any help appreciated !

I’ve been trying to make an upgrade from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 to 10.7.1 and we encountered error while Importing Licence File and Continuing Portal upgrade. It’s a two-machine deployment (ArcGIS Server on one machine, Portal for ArcGIS on the other). According to the logs (see attachment), it could come from the posgresql update. Would you have any solution to solve this problem ?

An organisation has two kinds of users : some are from an Active Directory identity store, some are from a LDAP identity store. What would be the most suitable configuration for the authentication (and for ArcGIS enterprise in general)? From the documentation, I'd say that's preferable to deploy two web adaptors : one to a Java app server one to IIS Am I right ? Is there any doc about how to configure multiple portal web adaptor ? Or is there other possibilities ? Maybe stupid question, but is SSO still possible in this kind of config ? Thx
