Hi, I converted few KML files to shape files using QGIS converter and uploaded them in arcgis developers. As a result, i am receiving the output in JSON format from arcgis developers. For all objects ie Fibers, i am getting the paths data in one same json format except one object ie fiber xyz. Could you please suggest me why is it happening that, for all the fibers , i am getting the paths data in same json format and for one fiber ie XYZ, i am getting the data in different json format. Below are the JSON formats, For all the Fibers, i am getting the data in below format, "paths" : [ [ [-87.427424, 38.2190792], [-87.428667, 38.2183435] ], [ [-87.425678, 38.2201152], [-87.427424, 38.2190792] ], [ [-87.424853, 38.2206039], [-87.425678, 38.2201152] ], [ [-87.424433, 38.2208647], [-87.424853, 38.2206039] ] ] For fiber ie XYZ, i am getting the data in below format, "paths" : [ [ [-87.410158, 38.2193616], [-87.410166, 38.2182176], [-87.410168, 38.2162132], [-87.410169, 38.2159912], [-87.410179, 38.2152055], [-87.410176, 38.2148121], [-87.410176, 38.2148203] ], [ [-87.410176, 38.2148121], [-87.410176, 38.2147504], [-87.410183, 38.2144032], [-87.410194, 38.2137483], [-87.41018, 38.2122079], [-87.410182, 38.2115922], [-87.410183, 38.2113663], [-87.410184, 38.2111324], [-87.410198, 38.20896] ] ] I want the paths data in one format for all the fibers including above XYZ fiber as well. Kindly suggest! Thanks, Gaurav

Egge-Jan Pollé Hi Egge-Jan Polle, When i import file geodatabase zip package in arcgis developers, it gives me the below error : An error occurred. Check your internet connection and try again. As i saw in the google to fix this issue, i found that TLS protocol needs to enabled as part of the fix, which is already enabled in my system and am getting still this error. Kindle let me know on this also if you are aware about this issue. Thanks, Gaurav

Hi Jared Poe, Yes this is the link only where i am trying to import the data. https://developers.arcgis.com/layers/new I am getting the error with both unzipped and zipped file geodatabase. With zipped file, i am getting the error after 2 or 3 steps. I mean first, i upload the zip and then click on settings and then click on create layer and it gives me the error that time. If you are able to import zip fgdb file successfully, could you please let me know what are the steps you followed while zipping fgdb? Thanks, Gaurav

Hi Jared Poe, Thanks for having a look into it and for replying. Please find below the answers for your queries: 1) I tried with IE and chrome and got the same error in both the browsers. But i did not clear the cache in browsers. With cache clear, i will check it and will let you know. 2) I installed the free version of arcgis pro latest version and created the file geodatabase in my windows machine. i imported the only fgdb into arcgis developers in browsers. I am not importing it in arcgis online. Note: i am getting this issue with fgdb only. I am not getting this issue while importing shape files or geojson files or csv files. 3) I am able to open that file fgdb in QGIS and it seems fine to me. 4) i am not aware about AGOL organization Kindly let me know if you have any more ideas on this. Thanks, Gaurav

Hi All, I created file geodatabase using ArcGIS Pro 2.4 and imported it in arcgis developers to create the layers. While importing file geodatbase, i am getting the below error. FYI. I checked in my system and respective browsers as well, TLS protocol is enabled. Anyone has ideas on this? An error occurred. Check your internet connection and try again.

Hi Egge-Jan Polle, First, Thanks for having a look into it and for replying. It does not solve my issue. Plese find below the ways that i tried as of now, 1) I had few KML files and converted to shape files using qgis and imported a zip package of shape files into arcgis developers. But shape files have a limit to max 254 characters for field data. so, it is missing the data for those attributes which have more than 254 characters. 2) To overcome this 254 max length for field data issue, i tried to convert to csv files and it is taking the data which has more than 254 characters. But i am not able to import a zip package of csv files in arcgis developers. I could not find any option to import zip package. It is allowing me to import individually csv files only and i dont want to go with this approach. If i will go with this approach, i will get different service urls. 3) So finally i installed arcgis pro. There i am able to create file geodatabase and import all the csv files and run the tool. Then i make a zip package of gdb files folder and try to import it in arcgis developers. But while importing the gdb package , it gets stuck in between in arcgis so this approach is not working as well. Kindly let me know if there is any other way for this. Thanks, Gaurav

As i can see that we can import a zip package of multiple shape files in developers arcgis. I am able to import individual csv files that gives me different urls for difference layers. I want to import multiple csv files as part of a single project and i can have one service url. Thanks in Advance!!
