I am attempting to migrate QuickCapture projects from one Portal environment to a higher Portal environment. When ready to promote the app from Dev to Staging and then to Production environment, what is the best method? Do we have to manually re-create that app in the higher environments? Thanks for the help! For other Portal items, we are using https://ago-assistant.esri.com/# successfully to migrate layers, maps, and apps by copying the items from lower to higher environments and then updating the JSON of the various items. That option isn’t available from the JSON for QuickCapture projects and nothing happens when I click the download link. I tried copy/pasting the Project source JSON from inside of the QuickCapture Project Builder UI from Dev into a newly created blank project in a higher environment and then modifying the text at the beginning of the section of code, but that didn’t go well as it didn’t carry over images that were used. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

You could include a link to an OpsDashboard that shows the metrics. I haven't tried this, but you may be able to embed the dashboard on the thank you page.

What are some techniques that you use to really get the most value out of Survey123 data? As a tool that is part of the ArcGIS suite of tools, it is great that you can use that data directly in any number of web maps, story maps, Operations Dashboards, etc with the source of the data coming directly from the survey. This discussion is an extension of this question posted in the Operations Dashboard area - Save As and Replace Source?

Ok, so I've put in the time and effort to develop a really slick dashboard. This dashboard has multiple panels and widgets on each panel. This dashboard is really quite simple as it only references one feature service. The feature service has over 700 fields and was made in Survey123. Yes, I know 700+ fields is crazy but it works! I know there is a Save As feature and that is great. If I were to republish the exact same survey just as a new name, is there a way to Save As the dashboard and then change the reference of all of the widgets to that new feature service that has the same schema? One recommendation from the Twitter machine is mess with the JSON in AGOL assistant. Haven't tested yet but will soon. Thanks for the help!

Great! I am always happy to hear about improvements to MyEsri especially when it makes it easier and clearer for new administrators to understand.
