I'm frequently having trouble adding excel tables to maps or importing them into my geodatabase in Pro.  I keep getting error messages that say the container is empty, but when I try to import the same table to my geodatabase in Arc catalog, it works just fine.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Why can't I import my table directly into Pro? ...
