Thanks, Robert, but even trying that did not seem to work. I've also tried to publish the REST service in Web Mercator, and that doesn't seem to help either. I guess I'm just unclear as to why a REST service will work with an AGOL template, but apparently not with WAB.  The error just tells me that the layer "...cannot be added to the map," which isn't really helpful for figuring out why and/or where to go from here.   Is there some other best practice work-around to provide pseudo-dynamic access to data via a WAB application, or am I just missing something here entirely?  Thanks again! ... A portion of the District Lookup widget in Web AppBuilder demands that Routing be enabled in the Web map for the widget's Directions function to work. No longer being able to do that appears to have eliminated half of that great widget's functionality. So what are our options to replace that functionality now that we can no longer configure that widget as we used to? Thanks, Eric ... View more
