I've attempted a few times now to create a Survey 123 from from a feature service without success. The latest is a form from a table. It publishes ok, but when I click on the link for the URL I get the following error and basically a blank screen. It works fine if i publish the survey as if it was a new feature service. I'm trying to publish a geodatabase for use with Collector. I have related feature class-feature class, feature class-table and table-table. I haven't been able to publish the geodatabase successfully. If I remove the related tables it publishes but ultimately I need the tables. I saw that you can only have 3 linked tables. Originally I had 4 [proposed location > sample location > analytical primary > analytical secondary] so I've re-directed one of the relates [proposed location < sample location, sample location > analytical primary > analytical secondary] but it still won't publish.    Can anyone help. i have attached my geodatabase. Thanks I have revisited and removed the table-table relationship and it published so its [proposed location < sample location, sample location > analytical primary] . I’m trying to publish a feature service with relationship classes between feature classes-tables and tables-tables but get an error and it won’t package. I think it has something to do with a seperate table but all my tables are in the geodatabase and related with relationship classes. Can you help with where the error might be occurring. I'm trying to updated attributes in a hosted feature service and am getting an Accessing Data Failed message. I can click in the attribute field and make a change but when i hit enter it wont save the change and the error message appears. I have tried  1. I have editing enabled on the feature service but have only certain feature classes with editing enabled on a web map. The feature classes with editing enabled in the web map I can edit but not the feature classes without (even after I enable it). 2. I have opened the feature service in a new map with full editing enable and the error message appears.  3. I have opened from my Arc Map desktop also  and get the following messages  Can somebody provide m with some suggestions I figure I have not turned something on/off somewhere?
