Hello, How do I install Survey123 for ArcGIS on a desktop PC with Windows 10 for ALL users? It looks like it is only available for the single user who installed it? This won't work for us because I need to install it for all users of the PC (the other users of the PC will not have privileges to download and install software). Any assistance on how to administer this on multiple desktop PCs for multiple users would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, CJ

Thank you very much for the demo video Ismael. Nice to see it works. How could I do a similar test, where I create a simulated survey with 400k records without me manually submitting them one at a time? The plan is for the inspectors to complete and send surveys one at a time. We have discussed in the cases where cell signal is weak, to save completed surveys to their devices and send them after moving to an area with greater signal. Can you please advise me how to test different loads? I would appreciate suggestions to help prepare. Thanks!

Thanks very much, James. It's helpful to know you've tested and proven this volume will work. We'll be using cellular, regularly submitting. Three weeks is the ideal outcome, but we understand a variety of factors could make it closer to 2 months. Thanks!

What is the maximum number of submitted surveys? I have a simple 5 question damage assessment survey. We will have 70 inspectors and 400k property damage assessments to complete, in only 3 weeks. Can Survey123 and ArcGIS Online handle this load? Will the Analysis tab graph results for all 400k surveys? Will Data tab allow download of all 400k surveys to Excel? Can you provide successful use cases demonstrating this should work fine for me? Any suggestions on how to do a load/stress test to demonstrate this works, without manually submitting 400k surveys? For this case would you advise upgrading to AGOL 'Premium' data storage to handle the load? THANKS!

Thanks. So no way to hide images and groups to prevent display on the analyze tab?

I added to the default template four hidden text type questions: address, unit, city, and state. They are formatted the same in the xls form. Address, city, and state values transfer over to the custom form report correctly, but not the unit for some reason. Unit values are only numbers/integers, where address, city, and state contain at least some text. I wonder if during the report generation, unit values are mistakenly interpreted as date values, and how to fix this? Thanks!

In the Analyze tab, how can I save the visibility settings? If I am unable to save the visibility settings, how can I remove all the Group (i.e, begin_group) and Image fields from being displayed in the Analyze tab? I have several images and groups in my survey that really clutter my charts/graphs/visualizations on the Analyze tab....any suggestions on how to clean up the clutter so I can share this survey with others without them having to do a bunch of scrolling through all the images and groups?

Hello, I have a text field in my survey named unit. It represents the apartment unit part of an address (e.g., 102). I created a custom form report to display the apartment unit by including ${unit}. The values transfer to the Word doc as date/time values. Instead of showing 102 it shows something similar to 1955/12/21T08:00:00 PM. Any ideas how I can get the unit 102 to transfer to my report would be appreciated. Thank you!
