Thank you Robert for your quick and helpful response! I was using fetch, which doesn't seem to support proxy use, but I switched to using esriRequest and it worked!

I have a WAB app that hasn't been deployed yet; it's just running locally. I'm writing a custom widget that needs to access data from an API. I'm getting an error of: Access to fetch at '[API URL]' from origin 'https://[My Machine Name]:[Port]' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Most of the information I've found on this refers to deployed apps. I saw one suggestion to use an open-source proxy (e.g. https://cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com/) but I don't think that will work, because the API is only accessible on my organization's network.

I was able to solve this problem by recreating the layers - I don't recall exactly what I had previously done wrong, but what I needed to do was upload the zipped shapefiles to My Content, publish them as hosted feature layers, and then add them to the map. I think maybe I had added the layers to the map without first publishing them, which worked with some widgets but not the filter widget.

I am having a similar issue. My web map in my WAB app has three layers that display fine on the map, in the legend, etc, but are not available as options in the filter widget. All three layers are Feature Collections that were added to the web map from My Content. There are also several Feature Services in the map that are available in the filter widget. Any help on this problem would be appreciated.

Hmm, I tried deleting a couple more tables and it worked fine. I still have no idea what was causing the problem, but it seems to have resolved itself.

Thanks for the response Dan. Yes, I am referring to the catalog shown in your screenshot. When I right-click a table and then select "delete", the dialog box appears to ask "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this item?" and I click yes, and then nothing happens.

When I delete a feature class or raster from a geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 using Catalog, the feature class or raster disappears but a file geodatabase table remains. If I then try to delete the table, the program indicates that it is deleting the table, but the table is still there. I also could not delete a standalone table. It seems like there must be a simple fix, but I can't figure out what it is. I confirmed that the tables are not being used in any of my maps, and I tried closing and reopening ArcGIS Pro. I was able to delete the tables using ArcCatalog, but surely it must be possible to do this from within Pro.
