Hello, I have apparently lost a survey form from our organization level sharing. This form had a significant amount of data associated with it, which I have backed up. I have the exact same form still in "my content" (I was the original creator) and would like to just republish to get it back to the organization. When I have started to republish, I get a warning about how the data may be overwritten, but the form has not been changed in any way. If I republish, will we lose the data? any suggestions for getting the form back out, short of recreating it as a new version?

Hello, I'm wondering if I use a hidden field type, will that data show up in my downloaded data even though it doesn't show up in the form? For example, for each of my groups, I would like to calculate a date and location field based on data entered earlier in the form to minimize data clean up when I download the data. I would like to make those 'hidden' fields so it doesn't change the form appearance. Does anyone know if I make those fields hidden, will that data be downloaded with each group? Thanks!

Thanks all, this has been helpful. Now I can see her account name, but when I try to send an invite I get the following error message: No invitations were sent because the invitation list included a public account. Only organization accounts can join groups associated with an organization. Please remove any public accounts from the invitation list and try again. Any ideas?

Thanks for the feedback. I have tried that option, which leads me to believe that the person I am looking for either doesn't really have an account set up, or doesn't know their user name. I'll start down that path next.

I have set up a share group and want to send an invite to a consultant who has an account for ArcGIS online. How do I do this without adding them to my organization?
