Hi everyone, I’m working on a Survey123 workflow to track encampments and maintain consistent naming across surveys. I created a EncampmentList_Master table to serve as the official master list of encampments. The goal is for users to either select an existing encampment or add a new one through the survey. Here’s how it’s supposed to work: If a survey respondent identifies a new encampment, they enter its name in a text field. This name should then be added to the EncampmentList_Master table so it appears in the dropdown for future surveys. If the encampment already exists, the dropdown pulls from the Master List to ensure consistent naming and prevent duplicates. The problem: New encampment names entered in the survey are not appearing in the Master List table. I’ve checked the XLSForm configuration and the survey submission, but I’m not sure what I’m missing. Has anyone run into this issue before? Any guidance on making Survey123 update a feature layer dynamically or troubleshooting why new entries aren’t being added would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same problem. i'm using Ver 3.14.256. This started last week, i created two surveys and one im having this problem with. @IsmaelChivite have you found and on the XLSForm validation web service ?

i'm creating a road grading form where you could pick from a list of roads from a select multiple in a repeater. I would like to have the selected roads to be visible so the person using the form knows what roads were selected in one area without cycling the repeater list. is this something that could be done?

Is there a way to hide the label name on a survey? i have a "select_multiple" field and i would like to hide the label name. I have like 8 select_multiple fields they are grouped and the labels are not needed because the group labels works fine as the label.

The "SolutionDeployment.esriAddInX" install associated with Adobe Reader DC. I associated the file with ArcGis Pro not realizing that there is a Add-in Installation Utility that opens these file types. How can i now associate the SolutionDeployment.esriAddInX with the ESRI ArcGis Add-In Installation Utility?

i'm using MS Flow to grab data from a Survey in Survey123, but the survey has photos. Can i use MS Flow to grab these photos and add them to the SQL report?

i need to convert the date in my Survey 123 from EPOCH format. Im using MS flow with Survey123 and SQL connectors. The time from the survey123 is EPOCH format and i get an error "We cannot convert the value 1555570800000 to type Date.\r\n"
