Hello Guys, we are running UN version 3 with ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2. recently we upgraded the ArcGIS Pro to 2.9.7. there is observation in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.7 that we can't add the new domain value without disabling the network topology. but we were able to add the in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 without disabling the network topology. Please confirm if anyone is having any idea on it.

Properties are defined when you add a domain network and create tiers for the utility network. Tier Group : A tier group has different tier and associated ranking e.g. distribution network >> transmission >> pressure >> isolation etc... higher tier rank 1 (distribution) will cover the lower tier rank 2 (transmission), etc.

RobertKrisher from Rule table I can't get the Description like in pink below.
