The tool Summarize Elevation is not producing the typical fields ie Min, Mean, and Max elevation field values, although fields like Dem Res, Product Name, Source, Source URL are being produced. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Hi Katie, That is super helpful, thanks so much. I still do not quite understand what is being saved in each case. Whether it is saving a whole map or saving a particular layer, what is being saved if AGOL auto-saves edits that are made. Also I receive this error when I make an edit to layer within a map, do not save, and then leave the map to a different map. If edits are being auto-saved why I am receiving errors about unsaved changes. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Evan

I have been struggling to find documentation on how saving in the online version of Arcmap works. I have been encountering weird issues in saving layers and maps, issues such as: When editing in ArcGIS online saving options can be greyed out for layers and maps… even if subsequent edits have occurred, and it seems that the save function would be available. Sometimes an edit has been made that has not been saved, but exiting the map and returning to the map the edit seems to be “saved” regardless. A co-worker has been making edits to a map and the save map option was greyed out, and the only option available was Save As. Any advice or pointing me in the right direction would be very helpful!

Hello All, I have been trying to solve this question now for sometime with little luck. I have been able to establish a ESRI online map that auto-updates from a CSV spreadsheet within Google Sheets. The data that is auto-updating is point data with associated tabular data that will change over time, the spatial data will likely remain the same. The issue lies in establishing polyline data in a CSV Google sheets file. I associated tabular data with points to test out the process, which has been shown to work. Now I need to have each row in the CSV to have the spatial information to form a polyline, as opposed to the lat and lon, which is required to draw a point in ESRI online. Is there some sort of Arc tool that can take all the vertexes within a polyline, and establish those as functional lat and lon within a row of a CSV or shapefile field for drawing that polyline within ESRI online. I have seen various coding solutions on the web, which I am not sure would actually address the goal I am trying to achieve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Best Regards, Evan

Thank you guys for the responses. I would like to stick with the standard UTM Zone 10 which fits most of the features inside, only a small portion of the features reside in zone 11. If the error that is produced is not minimal, then I would be willing to create a custom one with the central meridian at -117. Thanks!

I am currently trying to establish the proper Projected Coordinate System for features that span Washington, Oregon, and California. I wish to preserve area and length if possible. I thought that UTM zone 10 may not cause too much distortion in the southern/eastern end of the states. Any suggestions for optimal projections would be super helpful! https://community.esri.com/community/gis/managing-data?sr=search&searchId=ad089556-abe5-464a-b146-db8669da5ae7&searchIndex=0
