10 Years! It seems like yesterday that you and Roger had a multitude of Earth Science textbooks spread out all over our office desks in Dallas. Watching you both figure out what GeoInquiries might look like and how they could be implemented in the classroom was amazing and something I will never forget. Ultimately, I was honored to work on the U.S. History, World History, and Elementary development teams and then also work to convert the "Mapping Our World: GIS Lessons for Educators" activities into the World Geography collection. Roger worked on the Earth Science and AP Environmental collections and GeoInquiries have become a key part of our training strategies. Thank you to Esri for supporting the GeoInquiry initiative and to Tom Baker for having the vision to create this critical instructional materials initiative. GeoInquiries will be here far into the future as geospatial technology makes its way into every classroom!

I would like to include Trace Downstream in a set of mini-lessons I am creating for upper elementary and middle school students so would like to simplify the process. There used to be the ability to include Trace Downstream in an app using the deprecated App Builder but I cannot find anything that allows that in any of the new Instant Apps or Experience Builder. Thank you for any feedback you might have!

Thank you. I will upload all of the images again. The action ID for the new Vimeo link throws an error before I can even add it in. That is confusing. The old story actions are working though I did notice they are a bit quirky in that the video will continue to play even though the Back button is clicked. Thanks for the advice.

Due to a short development timeline and the login to education group's organization account, I was forced to create a sizable story map in my online organization account. It worked perfectly and then I used the AOA to copy the map over to the customer organization account. Initially it showed no errors. I now find two things: 1. I have Vimeo videos that use Story Actions and are clicked on in the side pane and then run on the Main Stage. I am trying to add one more video after the fact and I get an error code "Video not Found". That is curious because if I paste the link into a web browser, it pops up and can be played. All other Vimeo videos that were previously added into the story map work perfectly and this new video is from the same collection. 2. The story map now will intermittently display that it has errors that may be seen by the end user. I have tested it in Incognito and on a separate computing device and it appears to be fine. However, then it will randomly check for errors and find that it has errors. When it does find errors, it looks like it could be some of the images that I uploaded through the story map (not uploaded into My Contents). Do images uploaded through the story map travel with the story map? I am concerned that I will have to recreate the entire story map but hoping that I will be spared that by refreshing the map or? This is several days worth of work. Help? Thank you! Anita

Hello Ismael, Thank you for your detailed response. I was going to say that much to my chagrin, I never noticed "fieldworker" and "stakeholder" but actually, I just went back and looked at the ten surveys I have created and only one of them actually has a feature service that includes "fieldworker." The balance have neither fieldworker or stakeholder included in the feature service name. So in referring to the links you sent, it appears that by sharing "Everyone" to Public it not only allows the Public to submit data to the survey as is indicated BUT it also allows the Public to see the results AND thusly creates a Shareholder feature service. That is the information I was looking for with the metadata reading I initially requested. It is a nuance I have missed so thanks again for your response. I am still not quite sure which one of the feature services I should have them edit (answers only) which I assume is fine since you provide the opportunity within AGO? I probably should put this in a new question but will ask quickly, is there a reason when a survey data is downloaded that survey questions that are provided in a Dropdown format, show up as Choice0, Choice1, Choice 2 etc. rather than the actual answer that is that choice? The data table is correct with the answers eg. Health, Transportation, Housing etc. It is the downloaded table that has the Choice 0 in the field. Thank you again!

I am helping an education group at a large library to use Survey123. They have had students do a major data collection project. With the new release, it appears they now have a "fieldworker" and "stakeholder" (feature service?) layer in ArcGIS Online Contents. I would like to read up on how the levels in the new release are used and any other specifics (best practices) I can glean about the new release as I help others. Thank you! Ismael Chivite

Thank you James. I have reread the information you sent and I still don't find anywhere that you can associate a tpk created with a survey created in Survey123 Web. I have scoured absolutely everyplace I can find in My Survey and also ArcGIS Online where my survey and tpk reside. Sorry James, am I missing something? Thank you again, Anita

I am doing a large field experience using #survey123 web for 110 teachers in late June. We would like to give them tablets that will be disconnected. I have the following question: I have Tile Package Kreator installed on my Mac computer, created a tile map for the survey to use in disconnected environment. I have scoured GeoNet and all info out there to no avail (I'm sure it's me missing it), I know there have been updates to S123 since January which is the date of the instructions I found on GeoNet. Is there any way to use the tpk I created that sits in my AGO Org in Survey123 Web? I appreciate the time.
