However, I get a "Failed to Compress data using method [2] error. a clip of the error is below. Any ideas why I am getting this error. Using ArcGIS Pro 2.0. Thanks.

Hi. I created a web app that hosts a couple of tiffs and pngs via ArcServer as image services. The images are local and pushed to ArcServer as Image Services and the folders are registered. The image services are added as layers to my web app via ArcGIS online. On a PC, everything works fine. When attempting to view the web app on my iphone or ipad, I get an error upon opening the app that the images cannot be loaded and are not part of the layers when opened. Any thought on why this is happening in the IOS environment only, and any work around? Thanks.

Michael, Another question, if you have an answer. The tool has a "skip location" command for bypassing valves. I see it in webapp widget the tool configuration and it works via the arcmap model when running in ArcMap or publishing to the server. However, When running the tool online after publishing, I do not see it. I only see the flags and barriers. Is it possible to bring the "skip location" tool/icon into this window as well? Thanks.

I just got this tool working for my organization and so far it is well received! A couple question about the water web isolation tool. Since the tool isolates affected customers, it would be helpful to notify all customers affected when an outage occurs. In the clip below, the circled areas are affected by the break since the lines run down a cul de sac. Yet the isolated stops at the beginning of the cul de sac. Is there away to easily code these valves so the tool will included these lines/customers in these circumstances? Also, I'm a little unclear about the purpose of the Barrier tool. Per the second clip, the only thing they appear to do is expand the isolation area polygon, yet features inside are not selected. What is the main purpose of the Barrier sub-tool? Thanks.

Yep, found it about a week ago. Works great. Not sure when that was added to the tool suite, but answers my question. Thanks.

Hello, I currently develop web pages via ArcGIS Online's web app builder so that people in my organization can update status logs. These status logs contain many lines or polygons. They are hosted in web apps created through the web app builder in ArcGIS online. These lines and polygons have "edit enabled" so they can update the status of attributes. Question: currently, when accessing a site via a web browser, it appears that only a single line or polygon can be edited at a time. Multiple features can be selected, but not batch edited. This is not practical when a single-status-attribute of dozens of lines/polygons need to be changed since the user must do them one at a time (unless the map is re-published via Arc-Desktop) Is there a way to enable batch edit attribute updates via a web browser for a web map created in ArcGIS Online? A clip is attached showing how only 1 feature can be updated at a time. Thanks.

Hi. I personally never solved this, though when I posted this, WebAppBuilder was a standalone app and now its built in to ArcGIS online, where I use it most. I should try it again via ArcGIS online to see if I have the same issues. Hi. Thanks in advance for any advice. I have a folder with 80+ shapefiles. I am trying to automate a process in model builder that will do the following: Delete all fields in each shapefile except a unit ID Export the resulting shapefile with deleting fields into a geodatabase. I attempted to do this with a a feature class iterator, delete field function and copy features to a database I created. However I cannot get the model to work. Any thoughts from experience Model Builder folks will be extremely helpful. Thanks.

I'm glad you got it to work. I went through the tutorials you mentioned, published the Geoprocessing web print tool and still having issues. My architecture is set up where I publish all data to a folder in my ArcServer. Then I create a map service in ArcGIS Online and point to the data on the server. Then in the WAB, I point to the Map Service in AGO. I published the GP tool both in the root folder and the folder where all the data sits. You mentioned above a "Support Ticket" Did anything result from that?

Hi. When I build a webapp with bookmarks (per the widget), the icons clips appear perfectly fine when I am building the web app. However when I go to actually publish the app, the icons will not appear, per attached. They worked perfectly fine in the beta versions, but for some reason they will not appear in the version 1.0 release. Anyone out there dealing with the same issue and/or find a workaround? I've tried tweeking the code but am not having any success. Again, everything works fine in the Beta version. Same image clips are being used. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice Robert, I'm still having some issues though. When I deploy the app and paste it to my web-server location, everything works fine accept the print app. It has the issues mentioned above. In the config file, the default proxy is listed as: "httpProxy": { "useProxy": true, "url": "/proxy.js" } I attempted to change the URL to the same value as the "appId". Still, same result as the clip in the first post above. Any further advise? I have to admit, I am very unfamiliar with proxy's, their purpose and how to set them. Thanks!! yaneev
