Hi Garth, Yes, you can use your own E-911 service. You can add it to the search settings. In the Instant App configuration panel, click the Interactivity tab, then click Search. In the Search configuration panel, click Add a source. Click Locator, then click the Set up source drop-down arrow and choose From URL. Type your URL in the Enter Locator URL text box, then click Add source. You can test your locator in the app configuration by searching for an address, or you can publish the app and search in the published app.   ... View more

Hi Bucky, You can add address ranges to your street index by populating the Address Fields parameter. The fields below are in the Road Names layer. This is an example of what the end result looks like. It's not exactly how you have your example above layout, but it will allow you to display addresses.
