Getting the following error after upgrading to 2024.0. The Database is not ready. Database schema not up to date I have tried restarting both the ArcMonitor and PostgreSQL service and reinstalling the update and the same error is occurring.

I was able to get this work by reexporting the cert from MMC using the AES256-SHA256 option as described in the ESRI support article.
