Hello,

I appreciate the video you posted. Our IT provided us with a serverless instance, it was created using OnDigitalOcean.com, and created a Postgres instance on it. A host name, username, password, and a port number is giving to me, but I cannot use them to add a new db connection in ArcPro.

I am not sure about the setup they fllowed, but I would like to know if you know anything about this.
