Usage Tab in Items Detail Page for Portal like AGOL

It would be nice to have the Usage Tab functionality in Portal for an Items Detail page like it exists in AGOL. Please add this to Portal.

Along with the usage tab it would be great to support the item.usage functioning in the Python API on Portal. I suspect this is related to the usage tab as it's currently only available in AGOL.

Surely you'd think capabilities by now would be synced across AGOL and Portal for ArcGIS.. Lucky our organisations aren't paying that much for enterprise agreements/licensing....
