Hello, for some strange reason, I cannot access the map upon clicking the map, it is only providing coordinates and not the basemap. It was easier to navigate with the crosshair. How can I address this problem?

I have several departments utilizing Survey123 for collecting coordinates in the field. However, multiple studies will involve navigating to a site using the basemap layer crosshair, but now it only provides coordinates and not the actual map??

Hi Ed,

This sounds like an issue with surveys that were published via the Web Designer that was corrected earlier this month - see https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/02/13/minor-update-to-the-survey123-website-and-web-app (issue #2).  This can be addressed by re-publishing the survey now that the fix has been implemented.
