Hi there, I'm having trouble adding a portrait photo, I see that this has been an issue as late as Sept 2019. Any fix?
I apologize you are having this issue with incorrectly rotating photos. We have identified an issue in how photos are requested and sent to the app. This issue is being worked on by the back-end team and they hope to have it addressed in the next ArcGIS Online release in September.
