why does the hub data have a query when I try to copy the geoservice

We have an open data hub site, when trying to copy the api to use in a web map, the geoservice url has a string on the end

example: https://services.arcgis.com/seTexOicoRXDvRsJ/arcgis/rest/services/Tax_Sale_List_Extract/FeatureServer/0/query?outFields=…

If I remove everything after the /0 it will work in a web map. There was no filter set on this item and all the data comes across with this extra information.
