検索候補の文字色をグローバルナビゲーションの文字色から分離
現在、アイテムの「探索」ページまたは「概要」ページに表示される検索候補の文字色には、ハブのテーマの「グローバルナビゲーションの文字色」プロパティが適用され、検索フィールドと候補のドロップダウンボックスには「本文の背景色」が適用されています。そのため、「グローバルナビゲーションの文字色」と「本文の背景色」が同じ場合（白地に白文字など）、検索候補が見えなくなることがあります。 この案では、テーマの色プロパティを2つ追加します。 * グローバルナビゲーションの検索／候補ボックスの背景色 * グローバルナビゲーションの検索／候補の文字色 これにより、これらの要素をより細かく調整できるようになります。

Open Dataページで、ダウンロード前に「新しいファイルをリクエスト」できるようにする
Open Dataのダウンロードレイヤーでは、フィーチャレイヤーのキャッシュが古くなっていることがあります。レイヤーにアクセスしてダウンロードする一般の利用者は、データのダウンロードを開始してからでないと、キャッシュを更新するオプションが表示されません。「新しいファイルをリクエスト」するオプションを最初のダウンロード前から利用できるようにすれば、利用者が古いデータセットではなく、正確で最新の情報を取得できるようになります。
