has anyone had success in downloading larger datasets from http://opendata.arcgis.com/ Trying to download larger datasets typically does not work (really hit or miss, but mostly miss). I was in contact with someone at esri who was working on the open data platform (Andrew Turner (@ajturner) | Twitter but he has not responded to any emails since October 2015 (I think his reply button is broken...)
