"The story builder can't be loaded."

Question

Some of our students cannot edit their storymap allhough you can see it. What can we do? Thanks for your help.

Hi @KatyAppleton1 - that link just tags the Story Maps team, I wanted to bring them in to speak to the issue but it looks like it didn't get noticed. Sorry about that. Here is the workflow for story recovery. Esri Support can also help with this workflow.

I also have this issue but I don't see how the link posted in the reply helps? @Anonymous User can you expand please? Same situation, students editing a story map shared with a group, suddenly get this error.
