I am working on a project for school and am trying to access the Air Domain Index by County, 2000-2005 data set (http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/c1058348aec34e08b619a384ad4b529c_1 ) when attempting to filter the data down to the Michigan information 83 of the 3000+ rows, after clicking the download filtered spreadsheet link the download sits without ever moving off of 0%? I have tried to complete the download off of several browsers and computers none of which having different results. Thus my posting here asking if anyone knows any way to get around this problem?
