Some MMPK layers are failing to load

I used ArcGIS Pro to publish an MMPK file to AGOL and some (but not all) layers fail to load when I download the MMPK to my phone. My coworker tried it on his mobile device and got the exact same results. When I open the MMPK file in ArcGIS Pro, everything works fine--including those layers that are not loading on mobile devices (apple mobile devices to be specific). I do not see anything obvious wrong with the layers that are not loading to our mobile devices...has anyone else run into this issue and successfully solved it?

I encountered this same issue. When I isolated the layers in the MMPK to just the ones that failed to load, I got a more specific error trying to open it in Field Maps and it ended up being this bug: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-field-maps-questions/unable-to-open-mobile-map-package-mmpk-in-field/td-p/1389563

The workaround was to delete the Date fields, which had an asterisk in the field name, then re-create the MMPK.
