ArcGIS Pro 2.5 0x0034 error, when use gp tool

Question

When I use the gp tool arcgis pro crashes immediately and automatically. There is an error called 0x0034. This crash happens a lot
I have both arcmap 10.4 and arcgis pro 2.5 on my computer
Is it python-related that using the gp tool causes pro to crash? Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem, thanks!

Then it could be other issues associated with your computer.

I assume you have check the link Check your computer's ability to run ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

on ArcGIS Pro 2.9 system requirements—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

It will check your system capabilities but not other technical issues.

Tech Support is your best option if reinstalling doesn't work since you probably have other software conflicts that need resolution

I suspect that you should uninstall and reinstall the software if you don't want to go through your local esri Tech Support for a tailored solution
