Panning Problem While capturing a Geoshape

Question

I am using Survey123 GEOSHAPE tool for delineating land parcels in the field. I prefer using the cross hairs tool for marking vertices on the imagery for in accessible areas. The problem is that the vertices do not clamp down to the imagery. They shift with every movement making the resultant polygon inaccurate. Is there a way to clamp the vertices to the imagery without the shifts. Please attached video

Yes this remains unresolved for us too.

Yes, it is the same issue. The solution provided was to adjust windows scaling settings in which case we are using Android devices and not windows on the field.
