Hey there Lester, the Product team is aware of the issue caused by last nights update. They are currently working on resolving it.
Thanks JonEmch,
Appreciate the update, looking forward to a quick resolution on the current issue.
@LesterRodriguez - Hello there! My name is Anthony and I am a product engineer on the ArcGIS for Power BI visual. I was looking over this issue and I would like to help out if I can!
I just wanted to follow up on this inquiry. I have looked over the issue that you are experiencing and it has been identified as a bug. I have added it to our upcoming project and the fix should be in that release (the one after October 6th).
Just as a note; there were some issues with our initial rollout of the new ArcGIS for Power BI version and rolled it back. We patched a few items and it should be out between now and October 6th. That said, there might be some functionality that still needs a bit of polish, but we are tracking them for the subsequent release.
If there are any other issues (or suggestions) that you'd like to chat about, let me know!
Hi Anthony,
I still have that problem. When I apply one or more filters in Power BI, the color ramp (max and min) doesn't change based on the new data. Could you let me know if there is still this bug or if you are working on it?
My version of Arcmap for Power BI is 2022.2.105
Thank you so much.
Hello,
Is this issue resolved or do you have a timeline for the fix? I still see this issue in PBI service + ArcGIS Online. Thanks
same here, using version: 2022.4.117. @AnthonyLatini any update?
I am having same issue in 2024. It seems same bug still there for quite long time. Any update when it will get fixed? Thanks
I've also go the same issue. An update on when it will be fixed would be very helpful.
Hello everyone!I wanted to chime in on this topic since it has been open for quite some time. This isn't necessarily a bug (although it does appear that way in some cases). Because of technology restraints between our component and within Power BI, we have not been able to achieve this in the past. I know at the moment; it is quite cumbersome to make selections and not see the Legend or Table of Contents update.
However, now that we have migrated to this new version, this particular topic is back on track for our project planning amongst the team. I will keep this thread updated and will post a blog once this has been updated/integrated. Please note that I do not have an estimated timeline for this. I know this is a very sought out feature to add to the component and have noted that in our project planning.
Thank you everyone for your patience on this!
Hello, I found this thread and wanted to check in if there were any updates? It is now July 2025. I still encounter the issue of my min/max threshold for each class not automatically updating when I refresh my data or apply a filter. Are there any workarounds for this issue? Thank you.
