Open Survey directly to survey itself

Hello -  I created a survey via Survey 123 and have added it to my HUB site, through the layout and widgets.  However, the survey does not open directly to the survey itself, it opens up to an overview page (see screenshot below).  How do I fix this? Is it a setting?

Thanks for the question!

Try this:

Go to edit your site layout. In the side-panel, press Settings. Under the Interactions section, look for Embedded Apps and turn this off. By doing this, surveys will open directly in Survey123 (as will all other applications such as story maps).
