Just like in ArcMap or in ArcPro, you should be able to use the spatial reference of one layer to filter down another layer (I want to see all of the weather stations in a State, not all of the states) without having to export to Pro and back again. Even setting the extent of the map, and filtering to only show features in the extent would be helpful.
