Allow for Multiple Attribute - Quantity by Category Symbology

This symbology will not translate over from ArcMap to a feature service. You are forced to create multiple layers and in Portal web map edit each layers pop-ups individually and create another layer just for use in the attribute table widget which is confusing to users. I think this functionality might work better in a widget than trying to make it work in the web map or feature service.
