improve performance on scene in ArcGis online

I would like to know how to improve the performance of a 3d model in ArcGIS online. 3d model can looks impressive in ArcGIS online the problem is when users navigate to it it takes time to load the layer. Could you please let me know how it is possible to improve the performance of the model
